Read this before applying please

Our raid times are 19:15-23:00ST, We sometimes extend it if we feel there is a kill just around the cornor, raids are useually monday, tuesday, wednesday and saturday.
Also, we can't be bodthered with people that randomly disconnect dureing raids, it's not acceptable, go play diablo if you are still useing a 56,6k modem!
We are looking for mature players that can handle a raid environment where every player is responsible for the raid's success. As a part of our raids you are expected to think about what you can do better to help the raid succeed either by the immediate effects of your own role, your team (tanking, healing, DPS) or the encounter as a whole. You need to be able to look at things in a solution-oriented manner. This means that when we wipe and it's clear that we are suffering from the lack of a certain class or ability somewhere, you don't obsess over how much better off we'd be if we did have it, but instead focus on finding a way to make a victory happen in spite of this. This also means that if you perform sub-par for some reason, you shouldn't need someone else to tell you to shape up or have to be explained what you're doing wrong and how to fix it. Of course this doesn't mean you can never ask for advice, but a proactive attitude towards everything is important. All this seems really great and we do realize that this might not always be what happens in practice. However, not striving for an ideal and just accepting the status quo is not a healthy way to go about things, and we strive to improve ourselves and our guild, so you should do the same.
What we expect from you if accepted:
To bring a positive attitude and put in the effort necessary to research your class, improve your play and give your best in raids. Please do not waste everyone's time, including your own by fooling around on bosses and not concentrating. The guild isn't that strict and most if not all have a sense of humor but during boss fights we expect everyone to understand that peoples gold and time will be wasted if you screw around and it won't be tolerated.
To apply for the guild, Simply, Make an account on the Website, And fill out the template listed in the "Application template" sticky topic
